Hmmm...A hint of smazeny syr?


There is no question that things are changing very quickly in Prague. Not to worry, though – the city is still gorgeous and Czeck beer still rivals the best in the world. But today, Prague offers the additional benefit that the food here is not just edible, it’s actually pretty darn tasty!

Unfortunately the red wine has failed to keep pace with the cuisine. We consulted with famed wine connoisseur, Jackson, on the topic. Jackson ~ who is also known by many as Rosie and is renowned for her incredible palate, says she first recognized something was amuck with the wine when it was served at slushy-like temperatures. Bottom line, her take on Moravian vino of the cervene variety is that it tastes “like schlock”.
